A May Day rally in Los Angeles, co-sponsored by the SEIU and various communist groups, as well as other unions, reflected yet another step in the normalization of self-identified communist and socialist ideologies in the Obama era. Not only did the SEIU help to organize the rally in conjunction with communists, they marched side-by-side with communists, while union members carried communist flags, communists carried union signs, and altogether there was no real way to tell the two apart.

The communists freely and proudly declare their affiliation. And the SEIU has no problem marching arm-in-arm with them.

And, it wasn't just the SEIU at the march - other "normal" unions like the AFL-CIO were on hand as well.  There were plenty of teachers' unions attending too, and they brought along many of their public school students for some good old-fashioned communist indoctrination.

Until recently, the average American has regarded fascists and communists as equally noxious and equally malignant. As well they should have.   But the drive these days by the left side of the spectrum is to make communism and socialism somewhat less remarkable and more palatable.  For two years they angrily denied the Tea Party accusation that Obama's policies and supporters had a socialist bent. Fraude na pasta teve o aval de Negromonte

BRASÍLIA - O Ministério das Cidades, com aval do ministro Mário Negromonte, aprovou uma fraude para respaldar tecnicamente um acordo político que mudou o projeto de infraestrutura da Copa do Mundo de 2014 em Cuiabá (MT). Documento forjado pela diretora de Mobilidade Urbana da pasta, com autorização do chefe de gabinete do ministro, Cássio Peixoto, adulterou o parecer técnico que vetava a mudança do projeto do governo de Mato Grosso de trocar a implantação de uma linha rápida de ônibus (BRT) pela construção de um Veículo Leve Sobre Trilhos (VLT).

Com a fraude, o Ministério das Cidades passou a respaldar a obra e seu custo subiu para R$ 1,2 bilhão, R$ 700 milhões a mais do que o projeto original. A mudança para o novo projeto foi publicada no dia 9 de novembro na nova Matriz de Responsabilidades da Copa do Mundo.

Para tanto, a equipe do ministro operou para derrubar o estudo interno de 16 páginas que alertava para os problemas de custo, dos prazos e da falta de estudos comparativos sobre as duas mobilidades de transporte.

O novo projeto de Cuiabá foi acertado pelo governo de Mato Grosso com o Palácio do Planalto. A estratégia para cumpri-lo foi inserir no processo documento a favor da proposta de R$ 1,2 bilhão. Numa tentativa de esconder a manobra, o "parecer técnico" favorável ficou com o mesmo número de páginas do parecer contrário e a mesma numeração oficial (nota 123/2011), e foi inserido a partir da folha 139 do processo, a página em que começava a primeira análise.

O analista técnico Higor Guerra foi quem assinou o parecer contrário. Ele era o representante do ministério nas reuniões em Cuiabá para tratar das obras de mobilidade urbana da Copa - a última, em 29 de junho. O parecer dele, do dia 8 de agosto, mostrava que os estudos do governo de Mato Grosso "não contemplaram uma exaustiva e profunda análise comparativa". Os prazos estipulados, alertou, "são extremamente exíguos". Além do mais, o BRT já estava com o financiamento equacionado.

Em reunião com assessores na última segunda-feira, no sexto andar do Ministério das Cidades, a diretora de Mobilidade Urbana, Luiza Vianna, disse que a ordem para mudar o parecer partiu de Cássio Peixoto, braço direito de Negromonte, e Guilherme Ramalho, coordenador-geral de Infraestrutura da Copa de 2014 do Ministério do Planejamento. "Ambos me telefonaram", disse. O Estado teve acesso a uma gravação da reunião.

No dia 6 de outubro, atendendo a essas ordens superiores, Luiza Vianna pediu para Higor Guerra alterar seu parecer. O funcionário negou-se a assinar o outro documento e pediu desligamento há duas semanas por escrito ao secretário Nacional de Transporte e da Mobilidade Urbana, Luiz Carlos Bueno de Lima.

Ao lado da nova gerente de projetos, Cristina Soja, a diretora Luiza Viana deflagrou a fraude. As duas assinaram o novo documento, aproveitando as primeiras páginas do documento anterior, mas alterando a conclusão. "Nós fizemos outra nota técnica, com o mesmo número sim, e mudamos o conteúdo", confessou Luiza Vianna na reunião de segunda-feira passada.

A diferença entre ambos os pareceres está na conclusão. Onde havia a expressão "não contemplaram" - uma referência do primeiro documento, de 8 de agosto, à falta de estudos para mudar o projeto -, no parecer técnico forjado ficou apenas com a palavra "contemplaram". "O estudo indica fatores mais favoráveis à implantação do VLT", diz o segundo documento, forjado.

Acordo. A troca do BRT (Bus Rapid Transit), orçado em R$ 489 milhões e com financiamento contratado, pelo VLT, de R$ 1,2 bilhão, passou por uma negociação política entre o governador do Mato Grosso, Silval Barbosa (PMDB), o ministro Mário Negromonte, a ministra do Planejamento, Miriam Belchior, e o vice-presidente da República, Michel Temer, do mesmo partido do governador.

Tomada a decisão política, que esbarrava nos estudos técnicos do próprio governo federal, o Ministério das Cidades desencadeou a operação da fraude.

O projeto do BRT já havia sido assinado pelo governador anterior, o hoje senador Blairo Maggi (PR). O "sim" da União ao aumento de R$ 700 milhões foi dado por Miriam Belchior em reunião com Sinval Barbosa no dia 24 de agosto. A reunião foi intermediada por Temer. No dia 27 de outubro, Barbosa esteve no Planalto, onde assinou com Dilma o aval para captar os empréstimos. O financiamento sairá da Caixa Econômica Federal.

The study of Communism shows two factions which always fought for supremacy. The first is classical Marxism, which preaches violent takeover of governments, even at the cost of a bloodbath. This is the path espoused by Lenin, Castro and Mao. The more than 100 million deaths that they provoked make people cringe when they hear about it. However, there is a less known variant that was created right after Marx death, called Fabian Socialism, that preaches gradual, subtle revolution. This has been much more successful. In the same as with the devil, its greatest power lies in the fact that people doesn't believe it exists.

Communism started to change into what we call NWO when It became clear that Western democracies would not follow Russia in a violent takeover of the governments, in the 1920s. Proletarians were getting richer and were too conservative. Therefore, Commies simply changed their tactics, from Trotsky and Lenin's plans for bloody revolutions, to the "erosion from inside" plans of Italian Marxist author Antonio Gramsci. His strategy was to destroy the institutions that prevented the common man to accept the tyranny of Communism, such as family, Christianity, nationalism, etc., by infiltrating and supporting activists inside the media, universities, the Courts, music, movies; promoting the destruction of values.

This was followed by the "Critical Theory"  of the School of Frankfurt, funded by the Rockefeller Foundation. Keep capitalism working while we take power. Critical Theory is akin to the discourse of a drug dealer to a kid. The criminal says: “your father is not so good because he didn't give you a Nintendo last Christmas. Your mama is mean, because she makes you do your homework. Come with me” . They attacked in books, movies and music America, religion, fatherhood, modesty, masculinity, trying to prove they were all forces of evil, enslaving people. They had to destroy the past, to create a blank slab on where to write their commands.Their belief was that democracies would drop to their hands like rotten fruits. People would beg for revolution. Occupy Wall Street is just this same strategy used once more.

However (and this is a BIG however), Marxist economies proved to be total disasters, in theory (see Hayek) and practice (famine in China and Russia), in the 1950s. They had to step back and promote perestroika in Russia, "to be rich is glorious" philosophy in China, in order just to survive and not starve. Marxism as an economic theory is dead. Viva cultural Marxism ! The new cultural Marxists don't promise an economic paradise anymore: they are satisfied with econazism, political correctness, relativism and centralized control. No more workers' utopia, no economic equalitarianism. Just the big State.  The only country where Marxist economics is followed today is North Korea, where people die like flies of starvation. Even Cuba is privatizing. Obviously, when tyranny is achieved, any kind of political development is halted, because the situation is just too good for those who control power. Communism stops right there, and will never become anything else but a demagogic dictatorship. Utopia means "no-land".

Instead of communism, we have now total cultural and political control by the Party, and tamed, obedient capitalist buddy-buddies providing the wealth. This is the core of the New World Order. There is no way that Marx's path will ever be tried again. The means of production will stay in private hands, with the State controlling these hands. Perhaps it should be called socio-fascism.

Can you imagine China's government taking over all the businesses again from private hands, just to plunge the economy into the dark age ? Telling their Ferraris and Porsches good-bye? The most stupid part of Marx theory is his claim that after some time of a Dicatorship, the government would simply dissolve, along with police and the courts, because it wouldn't be necessary. People would magically change.

Obviously, the contrary happened: instead of generous, communist people became more selfish, alcohoolics, dealers in the black markets, blackmailing and spying each other. Just this month, we saw a baby girl who had been ran over by a car in China be left to die by dozens of passer-byes. Communism brings about the worst in people, never the best. However, this magical event, that goes contrary to all facts, is still the basic appeal of Marxism even today. It is because of this crazy promise that millions of deaths are accepted !

What we have now as fruits of Gramsci's work is not a Marxist revolution as he hoped, but a confused, valueless and passive society, which is more than ever attached to money. They are easy prey for the NWO tyrants, because people lost basic values worth fighting for. Gramsci would be amazed of how successful his plans proved to be, only to lead to a totally different outcome than what he was expecting. But we have to consider this: did the globalist bankers knew what would happen all along ?

If Greece were to exit the EURO it would be required to leave the EU. This could be disasterous and would create a precedent for other countries on the brink of default to do the same. The G20 have offered an ultimatum - You're either in or out! Tonight's vote in the Greek Parliament is due at 22:00 GMT. God help us.

The Greek people are disheartened, disappointed, angry, and their confidence in government and the socio-economic system is at an all-time low! Like yesterday I remember a friend telling me, “Life in Greece is great – no recession here!” This just when the UK had its first wake-up call to the recession in September 2008.

Today it’s all gone belly-up as the young and old are struggling and their future severely compromised. Many youths are considering leaving Greece. Others are totally embarrassed as their own nation has become a laughing stock and the black sheep of the EU and international markets. Business is floundering and many main street shops are a relic of the past. Pensioners and civil servants, like my father, were at the forefront of economic austerity (the most obvious targets), and the private sector is trembling and standing on loose ground as inflationary pressures and creative taxation are affecting their livelihood, too. Public services are on strike and protestors barricade entry to civil administrators from holding office hours bringing the economy to its knees.

What do the Greeks want? Well, if it was up to the majority on the streets, they would like the austerity measures eradicated and to go back to their “old” way of life; some to continue driving their Porsche Cayenne and others just wanting peace of mind, to receive a decent salary or pension, and live a humble way of life. 

Amidst the politic turmoil, the Greek people want someone to take responsibility for this mess (although arguably, they should all look into the mirror). They want someone in government to take control of the reins, stop manufacturing lies, and take the country through the eye of the storm with full transparency and no political agenda for personal gain. They want to know that their money will be safe without suffering devaluation. They want jobs, they want their bonus and salaries back to normal, and they want a future with more certainty and less taxation. Any shadow of hope would suffice.

With the additional austerity measures in mind, I would be very worried if it were up to the people to vote on the impromptu referendum that Mr. Papandreou initially suggested before receiving “electro shock treatment” from the G20 to get back to his senses. The austerity measures are part of the deal if Greece wants to receive the financial injection it needs to stay afloat. Without it, the basic functions of government, the economy, and social services would crumble leaving Greece to deal with a messy and tempestuous default.

If it’s any consolation, polls suggest that 70% of the population want Greece to stay in the EURO. Greeks recognize that reverting to the Drachma would plunge the country back to the Middle Ages overnight; they are a very proud people (for good or for worse) and have tasted the luxuries of a good life after entering the then EEC. I doubt they would want to live rubbing sticks and stones and chase after their food wearing just a fig leaf (if they know what’s good for them)! There are sound arguments for leaving the EURO. And yet, I am not sure that the Greek people fully comprehend the ramifications. To paraphrase one journalist, this cure could be worse than the disease.

As painful as this sounds, what the Greeks want is almost irrelevant because the choices are bitter either way. For now, they need to bite the bullet and take what cards they are dealt. The outcome for Greece and the Eurozone will depend on how the hand is played. Tonight’s vote will determine the political direction of Greece and hopefully place its fate in more capable hands.

The Vatican called on Monday for the establishment of a "global public authority" and a "central world bank" to rule over financial institutions that have become outdated and often ineffective in dealing fairly with crises.

 A major document from the Vatican's Justice and Peace department should be music to the ears of the "Occupy Wall Street" demonstrators and similar movements around the world who have protested against the economic downturn.

 The 18-page document, "Towards Reforming the International Financial and Monetary Systems in the Context of a Global Public Authority," was at times very specific, calling, for example, for taxation measures on financial transactions.

Estado de São Paulo tem queda de 19% no número de homicídios

Menos de 10 homicídios dolosos por 100 mil habitantes deixa Estado em patamar de países desenvolvidos, segundo OMS

O Estado de São Paulo começou o ano com uma taxa de homicídios dolosos (com intenção de matar) dentro do patamar considerado não epidêmico pela Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS). No primeiro trimestre deste ano, o número de homicídios dolosos diminuiu 18,95%, sendo registrados 9,52 casos por 100 mil habitantes.


A cidade de São Paulo, com 11 milhões de habitantes, teve uma diminuição de 41,49%, foram 156 mortes intencionais a menos do que em 2010. Na Grande São Paulo, a queda foi de 10,92%, com 31 homicídios a menos e no interior, a diminuição foi de 7,98%, com 45 casos a menos. Se estes números forem mantidos, o Estado fechará 2011 com 9,52 mortes intencionais por 100 mil habitantes, primeira vez na história que São Paulo estaria dentro da média de países desenvolvidos, segundo a OMS.

De janeiro a março de 2010 foram registrados 1.224 crimes deste tipo, 232 a mais do que o registrado nos mesmos meses deste ano, 992. Esta é a menor quantidade de crimes contra a vida registrada desde 1996 e a primeira vez que o número, num primeiro trimestre, fica abaixo de 1000.

Os dados foram divulgados pela Secretaria de Segurança Pública (SSP) e, pela primeira vez, estão divididos por mês, área, município e unidade policial. Segundo a SSP, a redução contínua das mortes intencionais já ultrapassa 70,3% em São Paulo. A taxa de homicídios do Estado, caiu de 35,27/100 mil, em 1999, para 10,47/100 mil, no ano passado. A taxa média anual do Brasil é de 25 homicídios dolosos por 100 mil habitantes.

Homicídios em São Paulo têm caído nos últimos anos

De acordo com os dados dos últimos anos, a sazonalidade no Estado concentra maior número de homicídios no verão e menor no inverno. Em 2010, quatro meses apresentaram taxas de homicídios abaixo de 10/100 mil: junho, julho, agosto e setembro. No começo de 2011, nota-se uma mudança deste padrão sazonal, com significativa redução das mortes intencionais em meses quentes. As tentativas de homicídio retrocederam 9,59% no primeiro trimestre de 2011, comparadas a igual período do ano passado. Foram 1.264 casos, contra 1.398 em 2010 – 134 crimes a menos.

O número de prisões de suspeitos aumentou 6%. As polícias registraram 31.787 prisões, 1.802 a mais que no primeiro trimestre de 2010. Os flagrantes de tráfico de drogas, considerados uma medida da atividade policial, registraram aumento de 19%, com 8.805 casos – 1.429 a mais do que em igual período de 2010. As polícias apreenderam 4.521 armas ilegais de janeiro a março.

Crimes com armas

Três dos cinco crimes cometidos mediante grave ameaça voltaram a cair. Houve 1.633 roubos a menos – queda de 2,94%. Os roubos a banco também diminuíram de 66 para 59 casos – redução de 10,61%. A extorsão mediante sequestro, crime que mantinha patamares mais baixos que a média histórica, voltou a cair, de 25 para 18 casos – sete a menos que no primeiro trimestre de 2010. Depois da queda de 16,5% ao longo de 2010, os latrocínios, (roubo seguido de morte) teveram um pequeno acréscimo, com 75 casos no Estado, contra 73 no primeiro trimestre do ano passado.

Um bom exemplo da podridão e corporativismo da justiça brasileira. Um cara desses ganha uma fortuna, tem aposentadoria integral e promoção automática. Na iniciativa privada teria sido demitido como uma pessoa irresponsável e descontrolada.

O TJ (Tribunal de Justiça) de São Paulo decidiu promover a desembargador o juiz Francisco Orlando de Souza, 57, detido pela Polícia Civil sob suspeita de dirigir embriagado e sem habilitação no último dia 9. Ele foi solto no mesmo dia pela polícia.

Delegado acusa juiz de dirigir bêbado e sem habilitação em SP

Assim que assumir o cargo Souza terá foro privilegiado para ser processado e julgado, segundo a legislação.

Na sessão de ontem do Órgão Especial do TJ em que foi aprovada a promoção, desembargadores levantaram suspeitas sobre conduta do delegado Frederico Costa Miguel, que deteve o juiz, e citaram relatos de magistrados elogiosos a Souza.

Ele foi conduzido ao cargo de desembargador pelo critério legal de antiguidade, que prevê que os juízes com mais tempo de trabalho na magistratura devem assumir os postos da cúpula da Justiça.

O presidente do TJ José Roberto Bedran disse na sessão que o tribunal fez uma análise do fato que envolveu Souza e que a decisão pela promoção não encerra as apurações sobre o caso. "O que se está decidindo não significa que o tribunal está alheio ao acontecimento. Sendo promovido a desembargador, as apurações continuarão, só que sai do âmbito da corregedoria e passa ao âmbito da presidência", afirmou Bedran.

Procurado nesta quarta, o juiz afirmou que não iria se manifestar e que aguardaria o pronunciamento das Corregedorias do TJ e da Polícia Civil sobre o episódio.

O delegado Costa Miguel informou por meio da assessoria de imprensa da secretaria estadual da Segurança Pública que não iria se manifestar sobre o caso.

CASO

Envolvido em uma briga de trânsito em São Bernardo do Campo, no ABC paulista, no 9, o juiz teria debochado da Polícia Civil, após ouvir a voz de prisão, segundo o delegado Costa Miguel.

À reportagem, o juiz disse na semana do episódio que não estava embriagado quando se envolveu na briga de trânsito. Ao ser questionado se pretende tomar alguma medida contra o delegado na Corregedoria da Polícia Civil, o magistrado disse que irá consultar sua entidade de classe, a Apamagis (Associação Paulista de Magistrados), para tomar essa decisão. "Pelo que percebi, isso deixou de ser uma questão pessoal e virou algo entre classes. Por isso preciso consultar minha entidade de classe", falou o juiz.

BRASÍLIA - Decreto publicado nesta quinta-feira pela presidente Dilma Rousseff no Diário Oficial da União concede à Fifa isenção total de impostos federais para bens e serviços relacionados à Copa das Confederações de 2013 e à Copa do Mundo de 2014. Os dirigentes ficam livres, inclusive, da Contribuição de Intervenção no Domínio Econômico (Cide), cobrada na importação e comercialização de combustíveis.

A desoneração vale desde 1.º de janeiro deste ano e se estende até 31 de dezembro de 2015 e, da forma geral como a regra foi escrita, permite, por exemplo, isenção de impostos durante visitas de representantes da Fifa ao Brasil para encontros com Dilma ou vistoria do andamento das obras.

A isenção abrange de alimentos a material de escritório. Bens duráveis que ficarem no País após junho de 2016 precisarão ser doados a entidades beneficentes ou à União para escapar do imposto retroativo.

Segundo o coordenador-geral de Tributação da Receita Federal, Fernando Mombelli, a desoneração era uma "condição" para a realização dos eventos esportivos no País. Tais concessões são comuns em eventos da Fifa, segundo ele, mas o volume de desoneração depende da negociação de cada país com a entidade. A Receita prestará contas da desoneração em janeiro de 2016.

O proprietário de um Porsche, se envolveu em um acidente com ao menos outros dois carros e fugiu, na manhã desta sexta-feira, no Jardim Guedala, na região do Morumbi (zona oeste de São Paulo). Segundo a Polícia Militar o motorista aparentava estar embriagado.

Informações preliminares apontam que o motorista --o empresário e DJ Michel Saad-- dirigia na contramão e em alta velocidade pela rua Olegário Mariano. Um Honda Fit teria tentado desviar e acabou batendo em um poste. Já um Palio Weekend não conseguiu desviar e acabou sendo atingido pelo Porsche.

Segundo o tenente Rodrigo Sato, da Polícia Militar, o motorista do carro de luxo deixou o local do acidente e foi para casa. Ele, no entanto, foi seguido pelo motorista de um outro carro, que chamou a polícia.

No local indicado, a polícia deteve Saad e o encaminhou para o 89º DP (Portal do Morumbi). O tenente disse que o homem aparentava estar embriagado, mas não soube dizer se ele fez o teste do bafômetro.

Ainda de acordo com a PM, a motorista do Honda Fit que atingiu o poste teve ferimento leve, foi encaminhada para o Hospital Albert Einstein e já recebeu alta.

A Folha tentou falar com Saad, mas ele não atendeu o telefone.

Ou, como o Marxismo destrói um segmento da economia. Quem vai se esforçar, se especializar, investir na pesca ? Mais fácil mamar no governo. Quem sofre é a população, porque o peixe continua escasso e caro. É assim que se acaba com um país. 

O mistério da multiplicação dos pescadores

A Bíblia conta sobre a multiplicação dos pães e dos peixes. Na Galileia, Jesus pregava para uma multidão quando anoiteceu e aproximou-se o horário do jantar. Diante da preocupação dos seus discípulos, Jesus chamou um menino que tinha à mão um cesto com cinco pães e dois peixes e orientou seus apóstolos a distribuir esses alimentos. O milagre permitiu que mais de 5 mil pessoas fossem alimentadas. No Brasil, a multiplicação recente não é dos pães ou dos peixes, mas sim dos pescadores. A Lei 8.287 criou o seguro-defeso, a chamada "bolsa pescador".

A intenção é correta. Para preservar espécies, o governo paga um salário mínimo aos pescadores artesanais por tantos meses quanto dure a reprodução, com base em portaria do Instituto Brasileiro do Meio Ambiente e dos Recursos Naturais Renováveis (Ibama). Normalmente, o benefício é pago por 4 meses. Aos pescadores, basta comprovar o exercício profissional da pesca e que não possuem outro emprego, bem como qualquer outra fonte de renda.

Seja pela consciência ambiental, seja pela garantida renda fixa e fácil, o número de pescadores cresceu exponencialmente. Em 2003, eram 113.783 favorecidos. Em 2011, já são mais de meio milhão. Ou seja, exatamente 553.172 pessoas afirmam viver tão somente da pesca, individual ou em regime de economia familiar, fato que lhes assegura o direito de receber R$545/mês, durante um terço do ano. Os gastos do governo, obviamente, cresceram na mesma proporção. Em 2003, o Ministério do Trabalho pagou R$81,5 milhões a título de seguro-desemprego aos pequenos pescadores. Neste ano, a dotação do Orçamento Geral da União (OGU) é de R$1,3 bilhão. Este montante corresponde a mais que o dobro do orçamento do Ministério da Aquicultura e Pesca para 2011 (R$553,3 milhões).

O valor bilionário pago com recursos do Fundo de Amparo ao Trabalhador aos que vivem da pesca artesanal é, também, quase 3 vezes maior do que as exportações brasileiras de pescado mais crustáceos em 2009, que geraram US$169,3 milhões (R$318,3 milhões, com o dólar a R$1,88). Os números são tão estranhos que parecem "história de pescador". É claro que tem boi na linha e no anzol. O procurador da República em Tubarão, Celso Três, afirma: "O pessoal que atua em outras atividades, que nunca viu um peixe na vida, inscreve-se na colônia de pescadores, paga a anuidade, conta como tempo de serviço e se aposenta. Existem o sindicato e a colônia, quase em disputa para ver quem distribui mais atestados.

Na prática, basta não ter carteira assinada. Nós processamos aqui mais de 300 pessoas por fraudes, mas é como secar um oceano." No Rio de Janeiro, por exemplo, cerca de 1.500 pescadores receberam o benefício em 2011, a maioria residente em Campos (319). Curiosamente, somados todos os pescadores artesanais de Rio de Janeiro, Niterói, Búzios, Angra dos Reis, Araruama, Rio das Ostras, Mangaratiba, Itaguaí e Arraial do Cabo, não se chega à metade dos que moram em Campos. Para agravar o mistério, os nomes dos contemplados não são divulgados nos portais governamentais, impossibilitando o controle social. Após diversas solicitações, inclusive à Ouvidoria Geral da União, a Associação contas abertas obteve a relação nominal dos segurados e dos municípios onde ocorre o defeso.

Até em Brasília existem favorecidos. Como o que está ruim sempre pode piorar, há dois projetos de lei no Congresso Nacional que pretendem estender o seguro-defeso aos pescadores impedidos de exercer a atividade por conta das condições climáticas e, ainda, a toda a cadeia da pesca, incluindo os que transportam, comercializam, reparam embarcações e costuram redes, dentre outras atividades correlatas. Ao contrário da passagem bíblica, fato que a religiosidade explica, é extremamente necessário que a Controladoria Geral da União, o Tribunal de contas da União e o Ministério Público investiguem - de imediato e com rigor - a multiplicação dos pescadores, que afronta o bom-senso e exala má-fé.

How come a person who is a disaster for her own country can be hailed as an example of virtue ? 

When Lula decided that his heir to the throne of Marxist Brazil would be Dilma, people were appalled: this was a woman with no skills, a fabricated academic curriculum, whose only achievement was a little brick-a-brack store that went bankrupt in one year. Her whole life was spent in government jobs of no importance, by indication of former terrorist friends now in power. The press was quick to knickname her "the lamp-post" , a dummy with no voice of her own and no plans for the country. Her only claim to fame was being part of a murderous terrorist group that killed dozens of innocent citizens, robbed banks and residences, in order to install a stalinist dictatorship in Brazil, 

In only nine months of government, all the dark predictions came thorugh:

- Inflation rose to 5,40% in the projections for 2012. In reality, it is much more. 
- PIB growth estimates have fallen to the last position among the BRICS, at 3,5%, 
- Brazil keeps the bankers happy with the highest interest rates in the world, at 12%. Consumer credit charges up to 200% a year ! 
- Education is imploding, and Brazil's ranks in the world keep going down.
- 50,000 thousand Brazilians die violent deaths every year, mostly caused by drugs and heavy guns that flow freely to the country in the hands of the Marxist terrorists from the FARC. This group is a political ally of the Workers Party, and therefore, is never confronted. 

Brazilians now pay 40% of taxes in a roll of toilet paper or a soap, not including income taxes, property taxes, tolls, etc. The government taxation has increased from 27% in 1997 to almost 40% now. Almost nothing (2%) is invested in infrastructure. The bunk goes to corruption and payment to salaries and fabulous pensions to public employees. Brazilian tax load is higher than the ones in the US, Japan, UK, and even "welfare state"  Canada. The difference is that our hospitals are full, with people dying in the queues, public schools are awful, airports and ports are falling apart and there is no safety in the streets.  Even leftist newspaper Folha states that Brazil lost US$ 25 BI for corruption during only 6 years of Lula's regime. At the same time that people have to wait three months to see a doctor, the federal bank (BNDS) distributes hundreds of billions with subsided interest (paid byt the people)  to huge construction firms to make money in projects abroad. This " investment" will come back later in campaign contributions. 

It is hard for a foreign to understand a country where the president issued a law preventing any corruption charges in the works for the World Cup and the Olympics. It is free time to steal. 

The Workers Party was able to dominate the press (almost all jornalists are communists), the universities (in order to get tenure one must be a marxist), the Judiciary (huge salaries and benefits and a totally Marxist appointed Supreme Court), the unions (favorable laws and grants), the artists (grants for productions of films and music)  and even the student associations (millions in grants). They simply distributed billions of dollars and bought everyone off. The strategy is simple but very effective: they make all the organized social groups dependent on the government, and explore the majority that is not organized, i.e., the working middle class and the poor. These last groups only have the internet forums and private conversations to express their anger. On the other hand, the Party militants are very disciplined, virulent and harsh as Brown Shirts used to be. Americans should be aware that the same strategy is in course in their country. 

In absolutely every aspect, Dilma should be regarded as a fake and a failure. In only nine months, five ministers were ousted for corruption scandals and one left before the scandal exploded. Dilma resisted firing the corrupt ministers until the pressure was too much. During Independence Day (September 7), thousands marched in several cities against corruption in the government. Of course, the marchs had no international media coverage. 

However, Dilma is being hailed as a "wonder woman", becoming the cover of Newsweek and recipient of the Woodrow Wilson Award (for services rendered to the New World Order). She is being tailored to be a global super star. 

The reason she is being praised is that the New World Order needs a Marxist icon. Who else could they use? Kim Jong Il, the crazy murderer of North Korea ? The Castro Brothers, a band of sadistic torturers who destroyed Cuba ? No, they need someone who is implementing a "soft dictatorship" where people are being robbed and enslaved just a little but more everyday, while preserving a veneer of normalcy and civilization. For that, Dilma is perfect.

Fotos de seis presos na Operação Voucher, realizada pela Polícia Federal no Ministério do Turismo na terça-feira, 9, vazaram e acabaram publicadas na capa da edição desta sexta-feira, 12, do jornalaGazeta, de Macapá. Os suspeitos – 18 deles já liberados – aparecem sem camisa e segurando um papel com a própria identificação.

Entre os envolvidos no esquema que aparecem nas fotografias estão o secretário executivo do Turismo, Frederico Silva Costa, o secretário de Desenvolvimento do Turismo, Colbert Martins, e ex-secretário executivo da pasta Mário Augusto Lopes Moysés (que aparece sem identificação), ligado à senadora Marta Suplicy (PT).

A autenticidade das imagens foi confirmada ao Estado pela assessora da Secretaria de Estado de Justiça e Segurança Pública do Amapá, Marclene Oliveira. Ela afirmou não saber como as fotografias vazaram. A assessoria de imprensa do Palácio do Planalto informou nesta sexta-feira que o ministro da Justiça, José Eduardo Cardozo, encaminhou ofício ao Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF) pedindo ao Conselho Nacional de Justiça que tome providências sobre o vazamento das fotografias dos presos.

Grampos. O Estado teve acesso agravações realizadas pela Polícia Federal, com autorização judicial, que revelam como os suspeitos agiriam para fraudar as licitações, além de articulações políticas para favorecer senadores e deputados. Em uma das gravações, Frederico da Silva Costa orienta empresário a montar ONG de fachada. Em outra, Colbert Martins da Silva Filho dá ordens sobre o andamento de um projeto que seria de interesse do senador José Sarney (PMDB-AP). Os dois ainda aparecem em outro grampo articulando a liberação de emenda para proteger deputado do PMDB.

Brazil has forged a new concept in political economic sciences: socio-fascism. This is a combination of the worst in capitalism and the worst in Marxism, under the authoritarian hands of a single party. Or maybe China did it too, but coming from the opposite side of the economical spectrum. Brazil was a capitalist country now corrupted by Marxism, while China was a Marxist country now mixed with the worst corrupt capitalism.

Believe it or not, President Dilma issued a law that protects any construction for the Olympics and the World Cup (which will take place in Brazil) from any kind of auditing. It is free time  for corruption, in the order of dozens of BILLIONS of dollars. Sao Paulo City just gave a soccer team US$ 250 MM gratis for a new stadium. Money comes from municipal taxes. The team's president is a member of the Party.
Dilma just lost her 4th minister this year because of corruption charges and a 5th quit voluntarily, before the storm. Now they put in the Ministry of Defense a crazy diplomat who supports Castro, Chavez and Ahmadinejad. Everybody knows about the corruption, it is in the press, but nothing is done. The Party says that leftists, even when they are stealing, they do it for the better good. The population is tired and hopeless.

The key to success is simple: the government appropriated the idea of a dole for families that the former president created. Imagine they give 30 million families US$ 50 a month. That's only US$ 18 BI/year. Then they say the opposition will take away the money if they win. They never will loose an election again. With US$ 585 BI in federal revenue, this is a sweet deal. 

Dilma lives in  an Ivory tower, she never gives an interview. She "manages" by distributing positions in the administration and grants to political allies from other parties, so they also have an opportunity to steal and therefore, keep supporting the Executive in the Congress.We now have 40% taxation on the economic output. Only 2% goes to investments, the rest is lost in huge pensions for the public employees, corruption and the government machine  (waste). Some public lawyers in Sao Paulo were found to get US$ 500K a year in salaries (it is illegal).

In order to keep the situation going, the government bonds pay 12% a.a., the highest interest rate on the planet. Friends of the Workers Party and campaign contributors get money from the state bank at 6% a.a. and simply reinvest for free profit. This scam moved US$ 180 BI last year. The dole that Lula delivered to the poor is 1/10th of that, but it was enough to make him the "Father of the Poor" and win Dilma the election. Yes, the poor believe he is a champion for the oppressed, while he gave 10 times the money to bankers and large companies. Large companies now have fleets of jets to take politicians to resorts or shopping in Miami and pay Lula US$ 200K for a "lecture" (payment for traffic of influence). Even Lula's  teenage grand-daughter got a US$ 200K grant for her theater play last month.

The opposition is lost and they don't know what to do. They are afraid of being labeled  conservative. The universities, most of the press, the unions, even the students organization, they have all been bought with millions of dollars. The students political association got a US$ 40 MM new building. Leftist NGOs area created everyday just to get grants from the state. Magazines get millions in advertising from state companies. 50,000 Brazilians die violent deaths every year, but the FARC marxist terrorists bring guns and drugs into Brazil unhindered. It takes three months for one to get a simple ultrasound exam in the public hospitals.

Brazil turned from a conservative country to a politically correct, liberal one, where the government showers money on every dirty, antiChristian, sexually perverted cause, like showing pornographic "gay rights" DVDs to 8 year-olds in public schools, while Brazilian kids rank almost last in reading and math in the world. The government is pro-abortion, pro-gay marriage. This in only 10 years or so. But notice, 95% of society despise this situation. It has been forced on us. You see the comments sections in the web newspapers, and you read 500 comments on an article, all of them against the government, all of them disgusted and sad. However, laws to put murderers and rapists in the streets after a couple of years in prison are pushed by leftist Congressmen. Now they want, with the help of foreign NGOs, the international agro-business and the globalist Green Party, destroy Brazilian agriculture by enforcing absurd draconian laws over the farmers. 

Believe it or not, a murderer in prison in Brazil gets a pension for his family that is higher than the minimum wage that a honest worker gets. Policemen are afraid to kill criminals that shoot at them, because of the Marxist "human rights' patrol. At the same time, the common folks are kidnapped, murdered and shot in front of their children, but the leftists treat the criminals as victims. Only a crazy gringo would risk coming to the World Cup in Rio.

Inflation is crawling its way back because of government spending, and the currency has gained almost 100% against the dollar, because the whole world wants our 12% interest and flood the market with greenbacks. Greece is Brazil tomorrow. The public debt at 12% a.a. is exploding. Among the BRIC countries, Brazil is the one that is growing the least. It is a lost opportunity, created by a boom in commodities prices and a favorable demographic situation, but wasted by a network of Workers party men (former terrorists,  murderers) carrying briefcases full of bribe money. 

Brazil will implode? Of course not. The land is too rich for that. It will only keep being a land of corruption and poverty, with a super-rich leftist elite and a crushed, small middle-class, lacking any kind of real political and intelectual freedom. Just remember that Nigeria, Venezuela and Argentina are all rich countries in resources, but live in poverty. 

The global left needs a hero, and this despicable vermin Lula is all they have. Brazil was chosen to lead Latin America into the new world order. It is a country with an image of happiness and beautiful beaches. It is not somber Eastern Europe or so-foreign China. It is easier for the NWO to sell an image of happy socialism and "liberal tolerance" with Ipanema beach as a background, even if it is all a big lie.

That's why magazines like New Yorker and TV shows such as 60 minutes send they reporters here to interview Dilma and Lula and say wonderful things about them. 

There is much more, one new scandal a week. It is a Kafkanesque situation.

While reading a chapter in a book today, where the author discusses the Japanese cultural trait of covering-up problems and discouraging complaints, I found the following passage:

People who try to blow the whistle on corporate malfeasance or government scandal are often punished, without recourse to the courts. Kei Sugaoka, an American of Japanese descent, was quickly dismissed from his job as a safety inspector for General Electric after he disclosed a cover-up of safety violations at a nuclear reactor in Fukushima. Sugaoka said he watched his supervisors carefully erase videotapes showing cracks in a critical component of the reactor, yet when he blew the whistle and told regulators, his name was improperly disclosed to the utility and his employer. 

"The Japanese say they will protect whistle-blowers". Sugaoka told me, "but that just isn't true." Japan nearly endured a national energy shortage in the summer of 2003 when the utility was forced to shut down all its nuclear fired power plants temporarily to repair the damage Sugaoka had uncovered, and check whether other reactors were similarly vulnerable.

The Japanese may well be understating the amplitude of the problem, as they have (criminally) done before. Is it possible that the reactors already were faulty and the earthquake just revealed this fact? Can we trust the Japanese government to tell the truth? According to this book, the answer is clear.

Os meninos estão sendo estuprados por adultos gays, e o governo quer ensinar as crianças nas escolas a admirarem o homossexualismo. A vítima tem que admirar quem lhe ataca.

Semana passada, foi um velho empresário  gay de 62 anos preso por pagar R$ 20 reais para fazer sexo com um menino de 11 anos no Largo do Arouche em São Paulo.
Agora, um professor gay no Mato Grosso do Sul estupra um aluno de 12 anos !

A imprensa poderia dar 1% da cobertura que deram ao caso do cara atacado na Paulista às 4horas da manhã, saindo de uma boate, para estes casos, mas nada. O rapaz, um doutorando da USP (de onde mais?) cobrava que as escolas ensinassem as crianças sobre o homossexualismo.

As crianças que se danem.

Deveríamos fazer campanhas anti-pedofilia nas boates gay. Por que só campanhas anti-homofobia? Porque o lobby gay é fortíssimo. Vejam bem, o líder do movimento gay Luiz Mott é um lutador pela causa da pedofilia. Em suas palestras, passa a mão no traseiro de uma estátua de um bebê. Em qualquer lugar, estaria preso, aqui no Brasil, participa da agência do governo que vai distribuir DVDs nas escolas ensinando as crianças a serem homossexuais.

Dona Marta Suplicy, enquanto isso, desengaveta a lei PCL122 no Senado, que vai censurar o pensamento e a opinião das pessoas. Você nem vai poder se opor ao lobby da pedofilia, sob oo risco de ser preso.

Não tenho nada contra nenhum gay, e sou contra qualquer discriminação. Mas esse lobby não luta pelo direito dos gays, é um jogo político de poder, com o objetivo de destruir a liberdade de pensamento e destruir o direito dos pais ensinarem moralidade aos filhos. Isso é inadmissível em uma democracia e inconstitucional.

Bem vindo à ditadura gay.
